Het Fietsgilde Apeldoorn zou op dinsdag 28 december a.s. een recreatieve fietstocht Sylvestertocht houden. Deze keer is het een barre winter en er ligt zoveel sneeuw, dat het bestuur van het fietsgilde heeft besloten om de fietstocht niet te laten doorgaan.
